Two grams of rue is a very marginal dose. A dose of 3.5 grams is more typical. He boiled the rootbark for a total of 40 minutes. It should have been boiled for like 4 hours. Then he puked most of it out early in the game. So he did three things wrong...

He took 3 g altogether. That would be plenty for me. However, he chewed them rather than ground them, so they may not have been digested properly.

jeez, rue seeds are like gravel,
who could effective chew that ?
grind them into powder.
btw i posted his 'story'
not because he couldn't,
he doesn't even know.
i am just using it
to illustrate common pitfalls
and giving you guys a chance
to demonstrate your knowledge and skill
so that others might learn and benefit.

So what method do you guys prefer?
What would be best for a first try?
I'm guessing you can get the ingredients
from a sponsor here?
One more question, has anybody tried the
rue-shroom "shroomahuasca"?

I have used rue with shrooms and acid. It makes for a much longer ride ime and more intense. The peak lasts alot longer with both shrooms and acid. Im not a good one to ask about the effects of rue with smaller doses because I keep my doses the same with the addition of rue. I think with the higher doses + rue is more than most would consider a fun time.

Rue and mimosa is probably best for beginners. Tried vine and shrooms but it got too intense and i didnt like it.

I agree that vine gives the best trips, but rue is cheap and simple.
