Thanks for all the help.

Is there any particular one from experience that anyone can say that will work better then others?

no additional time, 'chip, for pf jars since they don't even need 1 psi.

I am particuallarly intrested in Waylit's Pan cyan Tek so 15 PSI won't go over so great.

it's mentioned before, but i wasn't aware that you can buy nice plastic trays with lid from Walmart or Kmart.
These PP5 (polypropylene) platic trays in every shape seems to be a good alternative to jars.

Correct. Until i started using bags, I used a big pp5 container to PC casing mix.

SWIM used the rectangular 25oz bowls without any problems. The lid is very tight, the plastic didn't melt at 15psi and everything looks normal. No reason for me to use jars anymore.

Are 1.2 mil gauge PP bags thick enough to withstand 17 psi sterilization for say....a couple of hours or so?

I ask because I'm not familiar with the thickness of the standard filter patch bag and I've found a great price on some bulk PP bags that I could(hopefully) use to make my own filtered bags.

they'd have to be autoclavable bags or they will melt... check out biohazard bags.. they are autoclavable.

Thanks Hip.

Stupid me, I actually knew that already. :eusa_clap

For some reason(:rasta:), with the bags, I only had gauge on my mind.
