Khes seems to have had it right. All of the new growth on mine are nice and green . . .
Excellent. How much sun? How big? Time to take a cutting and clone yet?

My little sally has been through a helluva lot since she found me but she is doing quite well considering, but on one of her oldest leaves there is a dark spot as described above that i have been watching and everything else should be peachy ( i should know i've almost killed her about 10 times adjusting things lol) except the fertilizing, I was planning on fertilizing after winter was over but she only has about 7 leaves and she is just starting 8 new shoots :D she looks a little pale so i was wondering what would the best fert be? I can't find any fish emulsion around my way which is what i had planned on using.
Almost forgot plant is about 4 months old and about 8 inches high getting rain water and was acclimated to ambiant RH until i dried her out so i will be re acclimating her to ambiant RH. Light is a 70 watt flouro about 3 feet above the top. I wasn't sure on the light but once she got used to it she well, put off 8 shoots lol. Have not ever fertilized this cutting yet and the soil is a mixture of compost, sand, pebbles, pearlite, miracle grow, peat with plenty of root space and a 1.5 inch layer of pebbles for drainage. She resides on a heating pad on high 24/7 room temp is 70 during day and probably will get as low as 55-60F at night, still testing out fan placement though. she is on a 15hour on 9 hour off lighting schedule. Ambient RH is 70-90 (dont ask)
