Nzo, 10 $ will buy you enough salvia to last you quite a long time. As far as legality, I understand why on the surface one may be amazed that it is legal, but on another level, there is little reason why it should be illegal other than to protect complete idiots who would use it while trying to operate a forklift or something. But, if this is the sole argument for banning it, you better stock up on Jack Daniel's because it is more/just as harmful as sally.

Trying to legislate personal resposibility is what should be illegal.
