I like this tek:
http://mycotopia.net...ead.php?t=10590
but I was wanting to do poop and coir 50/50 or maybe 70/30. It is more convenient to me instead of straw/poop in preperation/locating/storing and pastuerizing.
I dont see why it wouldnt work well...if not better.

Any problems forseen with Poop/Coir bags?

SWIM used a mix similar to the one you mentioned sand with a slight variation. Less coir than manure was used, verm was added to increase h20 rez and it supposedly worked well :)
Coir is far cleaner, easier to prep, and easier to store than straw.
Bricks over bales.

Coir is easy to prepare, cheap to acquire, runs quickly and provides an excellent water reservoir for fruit development.
Coir also seems to be extremely resistant to contamination.
I re-state my earlier statement: poop and coir make good bags!

How could you betray straw like that :eusa_snoo
j/k :rasta:
Would you fruit right out of the bag?
what about a 50/20/30 or 40/30/30
with poo verm coir?
giant ziplock bags?
