Do you fruit those trays inside a larger chamber or do you simply use them as is with a lid?

Look how different they look from eachother...there are 4 that i'm thinking of cloning. The first looks like a sombrero (that mexican hat). The second has a nice large cap and nice stem. The third grew off the side of the cake...but it grew straight up and has a nice fat stem and HUGE cap. The forth one i pulled before it opened...but it's got a stem as thick as my thumb and a real dark coloration to the cap.

the one on the left of the pic of 3 is the dark capped one next to 2 of the others i want to clone.
What would be the best way to clone these?
