I don't see why my diet is being brought into question... especially considering I didn't start a thread that opened with
heart attack challenge

But I'll play along...
I gave up red meat... Just a personal preference.
As an example...
yesterday I had a peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread for breakfast..
Fish, mixed vegetables and wild rice with mushrooms for supper.
My cholesterol...(checked about 3 months ago)... was healthy.
My body fat% (unsure of exact numbers) is a bit more than I would like but I've already lost a good bit since I started working out daily.
Does that answer all your questions?
I now believe more than ever that you are indeed just trolling... Especially since I just received a PM from you telling me to come post here :mistrust:
