Did this guy die? That's fucking terrible and very sad. My heart goes out to him and his family.
I couldn't stand to watch the entire video.

It's awful sad to say but I'm not surprised in the slightest bit.
Socio/psychopaths are everywhere. Even in uniform, carrying weapons and badges. People who are sworn to "protect" us.

The police are no friends of mine.

Protect and serve?

They serve themselves and protect their asses.

The pigs are the biggest selling point for anarchy
I can imagine.

Look around folks.
This kind of thing is all too common.

So is what is being done about it.

Not one fucking thing.

They are designed not to be.. that is unless you are a rich corporate company.

They serve and protect the corporations everyday.

Didn't you know?... Corporations are equal or greater than people.
:offtopic:

Santa Clara County vs. Southern Pacific Railroad 1876.. check out the beginning of something wondaful..

That is one of the most important cases ever decided by the Supreme court changing our country for ever.

The arguments made by the justices(which was none) makes me think that that was the first huge payoff by a corporation, and the results were baffling.

I say payoff because the lower courts backed the counties, but when it got to the top...

The justices didn't even bother to argue about it.. they reversed it.

Here is an exert from the court recorder..

"One of the points made and discussed at length in the brief of counsel for defendants in error was that 'corporations are persons within the meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.' Before argument, Mr. Chief Justice Waite said:The court does not wish to hear argument on the question whether the provision in the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution, which forbids a State to deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws, applies to these corporations. We are all of the opinion that it does."

Cops were lied to by some idiot manager of the bar at that lot if I remember right.

The thing was this guy wouldn't go away, and the manager didn't want that attention(a homeless guy) in his lot.

So he wasn't breaking in shit..

What happened was straight up assault and murder.. simple as that.

Sadly this is one incident.. like probably .05-1% of all the ones happening now and have happened in our nation.

Cops get away with this on a regular basis.. just ask an Anaheim resident.

Thats a terrible thing they done to that guy!

Most cops in the uk are freemasons, i mean, if that isnt a conflict of interests then i don't know what is.....cops the world over are just organised gangs & crime syndicates.
The main problem is that they can beat people up, kill them etc and do it "legally" where as if we commited the same acts would go to prison.
Tyranny is a bad thing!

I believe it's part of the job requirement. I would firmly place the desire to control and have authority over other people in the Socio/Psycho category.

It takes that one asshole pig to instigate and mislead the rest and make it look like he was "on something" and "resisting arrest" when this poor guy was begging for mercy the whole goddam time before he went unconscious. How can we the regular folk make a difference, after seeing such brutality, without putting ourselves at risk? What will it take to change our justice system and bring about real justice? There needs to be a monumental change asap in our prison/miltary industrial complex that is shitting out creatures capable of such monstrosity. Where is the LOVE mother fucker, what have we evolved into!

I'm gonna just throw this out there, because I think it's funny. I am not a friend of cops, or free men on the land. Neutral party here.

Yea, not the most appropriate response either .... but omg if it doesn't make me laugh every time.

Video above? Yea cops are assholes, should that guy have said something when he got pulled over though? I don't know what the gun aficionados say to do, so I won't comment further.

That was really funny. You know what, you can be right, but if you don't act right... what's gonna happen to you ain't gonna be right.

This is fucked up.. I don't understand why the cop gets all hysterical when he sees a gun.. Not like the guy was going for it.. Ready - this is how you handle (I'll consult in politeness to police agencies if any of ya'll reading this are interested :laser: )

1.) Sir, you're carrying a gun, are you licensed to do so? Yes.

2.) Sir, May I hold your firearm while you retrieve your license. Yes - done. No - go to step 3

3.) Sir, May I see your firearm license? I'm going to draw my weapon and would appreciate no sudden movements.

in some states it can be considered a threat to tell leo you have a weapon

hi im officer hypocrite thug and i pulled you over beca

officer i have a pistol

cop steps back grabs his pistol (if not draws it)

put your hands in the air right now
pretty much same situation

cops are scared to death of guns so someone having one when he didnt suspect scared the crap out of him

that i can understand but to threaten to kill a guy who hasnt broken the law isnt right

and since when does someone else having a gun automatically threaten your life

but please try to keep the gun talk in the gun control thread

In the two states I have held a concealed carry permit, one of the main
rules is... you must tell the cop pulling you over or contacting you for
whatever...I mean before you say "Is there a problem officer"?, is "I have a ccp
and my weapon is x (on the seat, in a belt holster on the small of your back- whatever).

That being said, common sense would tell me not
to hop out of the car with a piece in my hand!

Do they get skittish?

Like a lobster around boilin' water!
