I have made a new culture with my best clone about this strain, PF RED!

So, i have cloned and make a liquide culture. After clone in a second petri dishes, and made a culture with dung composted and terreau....

The casing layer, a cardboard layer from my own protocol was colonized in 7 days, 6 days after, the first pin head appeard.....

So fantatstic pinhead, very...MAssive! as you can see:

Also i work with variété of united states, menace shroom psilo cubensis, and Atsrain from 'louisiane' a french colonie, at the beginnig of the farwest....
and..
PF red...

I have a théory about the activity of this shroom maybe something weird, but maybe fantastic...
so i work, with MS at first, and clone, and make a second clone with a new rectte petri dishes, and remake a new culture... To prouve this théory of 'senescence inversée' inverted senescence...

So i work in champimagik, france and after, i post there... I think, myco is the best way to post my works. Maybe more sure...

A new tek, cardboard layer for testing colonisation. The left for a not humidified tek, the second after humidified the vermi, so i win 3 or more days of colonisation. The cardboard is colonised about 6 or 7 days after made.
I will explain, on day how to make this at must....

C ' somebody is always very pleasant to see getting closer by speaking another language than his.own language

so i post my last (i think) flush, and a little harvest with petri dishes pict

In france, i have made a growlog. The most longer growlog of all time (because i have made some shit, with the first strain i had to grow, but to much longer for explain, so....)

I want to demonstrate the clonage is maybe more productive than a MS strain spores..... So i have made three clonage wth the first shroom of each culture, with PF and menace. and with each clone one CL and one rescue dishes....entière

With PF red, it works. Difficult, but it works, with menace, i am on beginning, but,

For me, i have to work if clone with 'trainning' (in fact with a clone who 'know' the susbtrate, like agar, honey, corn, or shit) is more potential and productive than a MS, from the same Print or CL

In fact, i have work in one direction...And no realize that the reality was other...o commentary, a will give you a secret, at the end, because, i discover that young factor is maybe the most important factor in culture, with the same strain, clone, or MS

I harvest (goodword???) the third flush of one other second casing today, who gives to me a 70 grammes flush. With 4 shrooms. This pf red spores culture is a specifique culture with a good clone (trained) on différents substrates....

and
i don(t believe, but the first casing of this clonestrain is coming over a third flush, he is beginning afourth' flush!!!!

This strain is not to productive because fruits are full of water, dense and very heavy. You can see that with my pict'.....

And maybe fruit are rebiginning to colonise themselve with a small mycélium who s eating the rest of the shroom... like that.....

If you want to have over than a third flush, you must ad some water everiday, and maybe...make clone!

I will give you a response in few month because its to late to have a conclusion.

We can see tht this mycélium is very agressiv. he colonize all what i "feel"

Roughly, it is a question of' training' strain has substrats.

So, we win surement of time and of l energie when mushrooms can better take advantage afterward...

Here, c ' is a clone F1

I have to afterward, make him developper in liquid culture, redo him(!) to grow, then to clone him(!), then has new culture, to arrive has can be who knows a champion???

My work with PF is the same, and i m coming at the purpose, we shall know then if a clone is more prolific than a MS. With the same Liquid culture at beginning...

( i trained also on agar, with différents types of liquide agar)

I have this time the pleasure to let some petri dishes grow alone ...O lot of little shroom grow from petri, it s more easier than Marie jeanne...A lot of humidité, and after a little plastic bag for térrarium....We will see






The 3è génération of clone petri dishes make by myself, i arrived to the end of my expérience, now duplicated, most duplicated, and after, Liquid culture for the final expérience, and calculate the ratio MS, and training clone..

So i give you my final works, this is represente 3 culture winned, with good cloning, and culture liquide maning.

It works,!! we will see!

J ' worked on this fucking strain,today,, c ' is one of my best reussites, I can make incredible resultats, I leave you on these foto of 5 flush, or j ' win 5 flushs of 500 grams by ione liter casing.

An impossible trick:) at first, unless you know " entrainé, or to maintain a clone "

I owe still worked above, the principle rests on cloning tekn, a lot, to agar, and liquid culture for the final results

The future will say to us hahahahahah

Small bonus....

J ' have at present 40 liquid culture in two refrigerator

But cubensis, c ' is less and less my trick, thus I echange on the french mycotopia
Roughly, people pay postal charges, c ' is everything, that is 10 euro, and at least I am on that so they will push to about one instead of ' to be cold at my home freedge
I ask for a single thing, 10 euro of port, and to make the maximum of print or of foto for our french topia°)

Here is a photo of my 20 first one liquid cultures, in fact a package!

But I have to make room for the panaéolus which arrive at a gallop the end of a time, for me, the beginning of an other, for the will or rouliouk, aka champa by yours!

Hello verybody....


I want to share this work i made since 6 month on french version of mycotopia, champimagik, ou asso-spores..or CHMPMGK

Since 6 month i work with a clone from a multispores culture from PF red. I have already post some pisture in this topic since the beginnig of the aventure...

I think this is a great thing to share our work, to produce more baby growers, more efficient and more intelligent of us lol...

so there is some picture about this work, on myco

first i explain what i do.
I have selected a little piece of two mushroom in a great multispores flush of pf red. This first flush produce only 4 flush, but the only thing interessting was that this culture had a good resultat also i was no certainly sur of the qualité of the culture.

But it works,
so i decided to save them (from a good cluster mushroom) on agar and decided to trainning them few time and compare.

I isolate clone on agar, repik them, and created liquid culture, and culture. After, i made the same work. Clonning from first flush best shroom from cluster, pick them on agar, and repick them on a other recette of agar and replace them in liquid culture.

today, i m at the end, because i v got on petri dishes original mushroom clone and i have to pick them on finaly agar recipe and inoculate liquid culture for the latest test, culture finale.

I recapitulate

Multispores print, first culture, on poper substrate, and clonage

clone trained on differentes agar recette, two at minimum.
made a liquide culture.

Made a new culture. With better substrate, only with Corn spawn, and crottin.

Clone again on agar

( at this time you can see the difference ...faster and stronger resultat)

Pick on differente recette from agar. Three at minimum. DFA, DPYa, and MYa

liquid culture with the same honey since the beginning.

And last culture


you also compare the différence between two culture, the first from MS and the latest, from trainned clone.

I m today making the final liquid culture, but i have also to make culture with the first liquide culture, the MS....


We will see the result

I am very préssé to be able to compare resultats, but I know them of advance.

If my liquid last one culture works i ' shall have atteind 3 level of training, on three liquid culture, three recipes of agar, and three culturesn with differents subs...

the jar for liquid culture, i use silicone for using like septum... You only have to stérilised them and take down them if you want to Use them.


a secret sugar: a secret from breeders. D you know certainly breeders, a good member of champimagique, but sometime maybe difficult to understand but for me a mentor... Good guy..




and for the last test, the same work for menace multispores strain. thast the first time for her, she have to colonise this petri dishes, in fact in 10 day approxymately...very good beginning, and maybe a treasure too at the end..;
