Hello all this guys and this fantastic community,
I am back with you for this year 2014!
Then already, I have to make room a little bit at my home and my PC, , and I believe that the best way is to save my photo is to put them on-line.
I have already made it on a French -forum, my préférate, but it planted, (buged??) as a result, I make on two or three forum at the same time the same operation, by hoping to save some one from it, whatever it me arrives...
We never know!
So, i post some pics from the same thème, my work(s) on petri dishes.
I have no Glove box or Hepa Système, i only base my work on rapidity and agility. With time, it's become easily, more easily in fact, but never more eaily than a glove box works, thats why i give you advice for beginner: Create your own Glove box, there are a lot of explication on the web to do it), (with this mato's, You always will have more and more best results, than no one. and certainly better than mine)
In my Own stat", i realise than i lost 1/3 to 1/2 (to do one and to do an other by manipulation) of all my petri dishes.
I use, The classic method, with Agar-agar, dextrose, malt, yeast, potato-cooking liquid, cats food, sugar, and some times honey...
The most economic you can do, is the croquette for animal and agar mix. very good result, You always have to destroy at must the croquette, because, the little stick of croquette can hide some contamination at the end.
I Use paper and hamer, to break the croquettes, as is it possible, very small stick, like dust, Let them in water a moment, between 6 to 12 hours, because, with this tek, the little stick of croquette will be easier to break, and after shaking go to the Stérilisation (30 minutes at 120 degrés, with the petri dishes)
For me, the best way to work on agar, the best mix, is the Potatoes liquid culture cooking, and some sugar, with agar, of curse, it will be a very good petri dishes possibility to work, Very transparent. With petri dishes potatoes mix you can see all type of contamination easily. like no others...let you test
In fact, you only need, some yeast, dextrose, and malt extract... and?? Agar, of curse.
After, you can do it easily.
Dont by the mixture allready in the web, you can easily do it with your pretty arms!
A malt dose in a good shop is between 4 to 10 dollars the 200 grammes, and sometimes cheaper (in france i buy it between 10 euro the 250 grammes). I let you find, mushroom is a time lesson to live. .....
because, In French, we say the proverb:
"Patience and cleanliness are the first foods of the culture has the house!"
After, if you do more and more, you never have the time to become boring.
So, in 2012 and 2013 i ve do a lot of test, on agar.
(I also product an alternative to petri-dishes, with little stérilisated box, disposable in traditionnal shop, but i will post the tek in a futur day. I Called them "Bogard tek", By cuting the two words "bocal" (conserve) and 'agar"....
I have very good results with this because, it s seems like a liquid culture, with septum, but can bo inoculate with a seringe, and going to the colonisation stage, this stage is not possible with classic petri dishes)
So, after i did the petri dishes, i stock them at 20/22, in total darkness, for several month. You can easily stock them between 2 to 4/5 month. After, if you want to conserve them, put them into freedge. with freedge, you maybe can conserve them several year, but you have to do a hermétique packaging. With Plastic film, for exemple.
You can, like laboratory method, place your mycélium into test tubes, for doing a best conservation methode. But i never do that. I hope one day.
So, i speak no words more, i late you discovers my works on petri, since 2012 to 2013 (june)..
I use a signature code, for the identification, "roul" for 2010 to 2011
"ROuLi" for 2012 to 2013
and this year i adopte the ""UNcle R".... i dont know why, but french growers call me the UNcle R. to 2013 at 2015 beginning.
So i post, but not In real time, i only want tpo share this past time to do shroom, with the mycotopia advice and french champimagik site, the beginning for me.

First, test with spores from 'SporW...."
A lot of différent results with them. One time it s not work on liquid culture, but good result on agar. I did liquid culture with them after taking a small piece of mycélium.
I test them this month... I will post the result at the end of month, i hope. This is PF Classic spores. A mythic shroom for me. Every growers have to do them!
Contamination on agar. The twice. Cob web and other I knew; but certainly, with this aspect, bactérial contaminations. This little Form are typically batérienne contamination.
If you want to do good pic with petri, you can catch them in light, behind the petri dishes, like that and other on this page..
What is cut in triangle or square is second one tries(essays), contrary has a direct cloning (rather cut disorderly)
Very intéressant mycélium. Growing like no other, very fast and constant. beautiful to see this. very regular, and promising! This is Pf red mycélium, for the (senescence test, after second or third tentative to grow on différents sub..)
Very intéressantn, because, you can see primordia, on this petri dishes!
Clonage, with little piece of shroom on center. The second tentative will be better, because, i have lost this time..

Microcospe..... One dream....I only discovers this few time the first price is to approxymately 150 euro for a good micro....
One day, its become reality, this time i have only the possibility to wait.... I also want to find a micro with USb port, for shade pisctures, with all possible forum about shroomm...
But i have to work with pan, in first. thats the reality, i m not a specialist, but im working too....

I use the nickname 'rouliouk" in french on Association spores, the french growers meet everybody here. You can have advice or Sometghing good about culture very intéressant.
Champimagik, the other name, is created Since maybe 6 to 8 max years...
I went to champimagik, at first there is 3 years, i have all learned here, in only six month, began by PF tek, after go more and more...
Alll my respect are destined to the first french growers, Who believed In CHAMPIMAGIK, or CHMPMGK
I hope to intéresst you to go see them.
Im not a perfect grower, there was many guys who worked better than me.
With the french Touch, but at the beginning, all went from myco or something else, Translated in french, like the First traduction from "gaspard des montagnes'" about PF tek...
At the beginnig, i stoole all i can stool in hospital, to have stérile matériel, and began my first culture at 2002/2003...
In fact, after the first sporulation, everything become dark (spores), i put all in basket, believing they were all contaminated...
10 years after, in 2012 i Went back and started in CHMPMGK.
So i post other picture from my work. here are signatures , différents because, i change them every 18 to 24 years, also ROuLI or UNCle, Or Roul, are always myself...
In fact the nick name Champa Come from our Whim french to parfume all we can parfume. The Nag Champa is maybe the most powerfull and magbnifique Incense of the world, maybe a "chanel number 5" for indian.
Nag Champa for me, are the best incense of the world, i propose to buy them, to discovers a very good product, about india.
The better for me is the GOLOKA, but there are plenty off parfume, discovers them, i hope to Influenced by this message, and if your intérested i can send it by post office, let me know with MP ..
