1/2 cup frozen Blue Berries (fresh if in season and you can afford them)
1/2 cup frozen Strawberries (fresh if in season and you can afford them)
1/2 cup of diced Mango
1 tablespoon Chia Seed (or protein/omega 3 source of choice. Hemp Hearts work really well also)
1 cup packed (or one large handful) of Spinach or 1 cup Chopped Kale (stems and ribs removed)
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil (Or desired dosage)
1-2 teaspoon soy lecithin (omit if you do not use soy products, however it helps absorption of nutrients and helps the impact of the green aspect of the coconut oil to absorb into the body more efficiency and faster)
1/2 cup Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
1/2 cup of ice (optional if you want it thicker use less Ice)
Makes a good sized 32 oz. smoothie that is guaranteed to get your through the morning If too big then half all ingredients but the coconut oil, lecithin, and chia seeds.
3 servings of fruit and 1 serving of vegies with protein and omega3 for your morning commute
Use either the Mango or the Banana but not both. They break down to sugar quicker and may effect blood sugar levels if not careful.
Don’t be scared of the spinach/kale. It is masked by the fruit like you would not believe!
Tablespoon Coconut Oil Dose is based off an extraction into 1/2 cup coconut oil using 1 tablespoon as a strong lighthead does or a normal does for a hardhead.
