Sounds like you won't have to worry about rodent troubles anytime soon.

you know how difficult it is to get balls off a moth?? but yeah id rather have the snakes than rodents but they are also eating my eggs not that i eat them anyway. so as long as they stay outside im cool with em.

Those are such pretty ducks, my friend had some of the fat white ones that are dumb as shit...so dumb they can't reproduce since sitting on their eggs has been bred out of them.

What kind are they? I would love a few ducks.

alright send me your email addy... actually surprised to see that the baby has survived the night! goes to show that it dont matter what species it is you just dont fuck with a mothers young! got hissed at when i reached down to get her to move so i could see if the baby was still alive. it also appears there may be another one from the evidence of the cracked egg outside the nest. but i wasnt gonna push the issue as she was already pissed enough and i dont want to lose any fingers today especially first thing in the morning. :eusa_snoo

Just had two Pekins disappear at my place in the last three days.
Only had two, and they were young.
What eats ducks, and chickens(adult),
and lives in small towns?
(No, not people either! lol)
Guess I need to put the surveillance camera OUTSIDE!

i suspect i got a skunk or weasel eating my eggs. they are taking them about 20 feet behind the stable and cracking a hole in them and cleaning it out leaving most the shell. i would set up my havahart cage but my luck its a skunk...

so im sitting here watching my critters graze out the window as usual when i notice one of my ducks coming back towards the house which of course wasnt unusual... it was what was following her that was out of the ordinary... not only did they multiply... momma duck decided it was time to take them all the way across the yard to teach them how to catch bugs which is what they are doing in the last two pics. they can barely keep up with her i dont know how they are going to survive!
