Second is the woman who has allowed me to drop the walls and just be loved and shown me that I just might deserve it
Third are my patients who have taught me that no matter the cards dealt you it is in your power to laugh and enjoy every second life gives you
And seems how Bev got to go twice I don't feel constrained by the rule of 3...this community. Ive been here for only a short time but it just fits...you all know what I mean. You are a caring, giving, knowledgeable, funny and nefarious bunch and I offer my sincerest Thank you
Prolly should have held back...loll...anything I say tomorrow will seem vanilla

Hey man, it's my thread, i make the rules!
And as long you had a heartfelt moment of gratitude for something in your life, who gives a shit if it sounds vanilla?
That's awesome!

Thanks for participating!
Thanks to all for participating, although i started this thread for y'all, not for me. And if you're reading this and don't feel moved to post in here, please take a moment anyways to sit and think about what you're grateful for today. If you fill yourself with gratitude, there is less room in your heart for despair.
Today i am grateful for:
* The arrival of fall and cooler weather so i can get more work done outside.
* Patience - My own (which i have worked incredibly hard at for many, many years) and the gift of patience from others, as i know what a struggle it can be.
* Stillness - When still, you can feel the energy of the world around you instead of being distracted by your own.

To see them driven before me
And to hear the lamentation of their women

I tend to be negative about stuff generally so...:
Today I'm gonna cheat and choose 3 x 3 things I am grateful for:
- Family, friends & good times
- Mycotopia, Friends on Mycotopia, and the freedoms of expression available on the internet for now
- Nature, relaxation, and silence

I look around in my daily life and can't help but to be grateful to be ME.
The opportunity to be going back to school to re-invent myself.
For the future and all it holds, because I am going to be the change that I want to see.

Iḿ damn grateful to be out of a depression that lasted for over 2 yrs. I am grateful that I´m able to accomplish tasks, even and especially the simple ones. I´m grateful to have an online family of others just like myself that I can really relate to.
Peace...Z

I am grateful for my mental health. I have not always had that luxury. Based upon the statistics I last saw, 1 in 5 Americans will suffer from some type of mental health issue during their lives. Depending on where you go, again last time I looked, 1 in 10 or 1 in 17 Americans will suffer from a serious mental illness such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, borderline personality disorder, etc.
I have had a lot of close calls due to what I live with. I should have been dead many times over. How the heck I am alive, I do not know.
I am grateful for modern medicine and psychotherapy treatments. Thanks to these, and especially thanks to the fact that I finally accepted, such a long long time ago, that I have a medical issue that needs to be treated, I have found, for a long long long time, peace and stability in life.
I am also grateful for my physical health. Regular exercise is medicine for the soul, body, and the mind.
I am eternally grateful for having made so many pivotal and positive lifestyle adjustments during my younger days. This has certainly helped with my overall mental health, physical health, and, well, I am just so much happier now that I get enjoyment out of living life rather than getting mixed up in trouble and hanging around bad influences.

I am soooooooooo grateful for my daughter being such a great kid after being such a horrible example for so many years. She is my driving force.
My job. We're like one big dysfunctional family. I love it!
My next door neighbors who are now close friends I hold near and dear.
Additionally - this community! The fact that I can share and be a part of something that is so unique and special. Gratitude! Psychedelics which are an invaluable part of my life for so many great reasons.
With Peace and Love

2.For the caring nature found in few humans these days ,however without this caring nature I'd be lost.
3.For perspective, in hopes that no matter the circumstance I will reflect on history/time & strive for the best case scenario.
(bonus) ;) for the sweet love of my daughter & the love I can share + help her life tree my own experience.

* Lightening bolt changes in perspective. Usually uncomfortable, sometimes devastating, but it is always a personal success when perspective is widened.
* Oxytocin - The best BEST BEST chemical on the face of the earth. If it was available in any kind of dosable form, i'd be an instant junky.
* Sleep.
Without sleep there are no dreams
Without dreams... we fall apart at the seams
