My time on this plane of existence. I have lived an amazing life, with both ups and downs and I am grateful for the experience and look forward to more.

My amazing and diverse group of friends. I feel grateful for having my life touched by so many beautiful souls.

I am grateful for the seasons change, I can now start to burn my fire wood instead of cutting it (defiantly the easier part of that cycle).

P.S. I love this thread Bev, when my mind starts to get stuck in a bad place I can come here and force myself to count my blessings.

Thank you.

I am grateful:

* For the fact that the Autumn is officially about one week away and that the weather here is already nice and cool so I can go outside more often and not bake and suffer in the heat of the sun/humidity.

* For the healthy mycellium growth I am seeing in my PF BRF jars.

* To be able to see the subtle changes in the shift of the seasons from summer to fall. New birds are beginning to arrive. The days are starting to get a little bit shorter. I'm seeing the first leaves begin to fall and am able to feel them crunch underfoot as I walk in the woods.

* For the fact that, since his retirement, my father and I have been spending more time together, talking more, and generally getting along more. We used to fight a lot and I thought I hated him when I was a lot younger. Now I realize how similar I am to him in so many ways.

Very sweet I love this, Tasty. I Love reading all of yours. Puts a smile on my face. Sidestreet, you always know that I am now, and will always be, the very gratefullest for you. Ma Warrior.

I am grateful for Alpha- and Omega. beginning and ending. I'm always ready for. It comes with much pain, but you know also the very opposite.

I am grateful that I can read People. I understand what too expect. and am very grateful for this Gift.

I am grateful for People that live their Lives with respect for EVERYTHING, Love, and too pay it forward. The People who don't know this are missing out on something far more.

I missed my daily gratitude session yesterday. D'oh!

Today i am grateful for:

* Language - beautiful and terrible, no one can truly know another without the gift of language to facillitate communication.

* The absence of language - because sometimes words only muddy things up and get in the way.

* Hugs...

HUGS FOR EVERYBODY

I am grateful for new friends and old, trust, and my freedom (not in a patriotic sense, in a free will sense and a coming-and-going-as-I-please kinda way)

I'm greatful for life.
The appreciation of living things
The beauty in the little things.
My goofy lil puppy.. :)
The ability to strive for happiness.
The friends I have & the friends I've lost.
The chance to have loved.
The silence.

The chance to FORGET I was limited to 3 things....lol

I'm grateful for the food I've just eaten, the clean water I've just drank and the peaceful home I have. I am grateful for the often taken for granted things that I am blessed to have.

Also,

Thank you to the kind old man who let me have some straw and horse manure and didn't look at me like I was a tit but instead gave me permission to take as I need as long as I'm respectful of his property... Seriously this guy was awesome lol

I am grateful to have plenty to eat (actually I'm stuffed right now), the ability to manifest what I want in life, and my sweet Angel.

I am grateful for inner strength and ability.

I am grateful for Mycotopia!

I have to confess that most of my 'like' usage is me being lazy. Not that i don't genuinely enjoy lots of posts, but it's kind of my default way of saying, 'i read this post and i agree with it, but i am too busy taking a bong rip to write a reply.'

This set of three is very here and now.

This Imperial IPA that I am sipping on.

This toasted three cheese bread that I am nibbling on.

These 3 or 4 bowls of lemon balm I am toking on.  And the nap that it will soon induce.

It's WAY too easy for a day to slip by without posting here.

Need to put it on a daily ToDo list. lol

Let's see. Right now:

that I can breathe...it just feels especially good today

that I can walk...though it sometimes hurts, I CAN still do it

that I can think...for all three of the above reasons

I'm very, very grateful that it takes a long time for a person to lose strength. Over the last three months I've been pretty danged lazy with weight lifting. I think I've worked out two or three times each month. The last time I have logged in my workout book was the 3rd of September. It's just been way, way too hot, and since my gym is in my basement, and there's no sufficient air-conditioning down there, when it's hot and humid it's just nasty to get anything done down there.

Well, I woke up early, had a big breakfast, and a few hours later got right to it. Now that the weather is cooling down significantly (YAAAY AUTUMN!) it's no big deal to go to my basement gym and sweat a bit. I feel great that I'm finally able to get back to it when things are at a nice cool temperature.

Surprisingly, after such a long period of inactivity, I didn't lose any strength. I didn't have to move down in weight for any of my exercises. I did lose a few repetitions here and there, and strangely increased my weighted chin ups.

I'm also grateful for this thread to post about being grateful about things.

I'm grateful for insight, and the opportunity to learn, and the assistance of the teachers all around me.
