So far 20% of females that voted sleep naked to the males 45%.  Come on ladies don't be shy take it off, its not like there is a panda that is into BDSM that is going to wake you in the night.

I'm fully clothed fall asleep now bc its 45° out and I'm too lazy or drunk to start a fire and my propane is almost out so I need to conserve that. But usually I sleep with boxers and T-shirt. Idk what it is but I feel more comfortable with something on when I sleep. I don't like waking up naked lol.

I got used to sleeping with my cloths on in Desert Shield and Desert Storm using my gas mask as a pillow, though most of my sleep then was 5 or 10 minutes at a time between helo's rolled up under a vent on the flight deck.

Here on the farm I don't have to wory about being endangered, but it is not uncommon to have to jump up in the middle of the night and grab a rifle or shotgun and run outside and scare off coyotes or other predators from my livestock.  I also get up and feed the fire through the night about 2/3 of each year as well.

I don't think any of my six kids have ever seen me in all these years without me being fully dressed, my poor wife has to see me naked now and again though..... lol...

Mountain Guardian....

I totally feel you.  I sleep at least in my athletic boxer/briefs, sometimes  more (winter).

I realized that I like to wear them at night, for the same reason...

I always sleep on the side of the bed, closest to the door,

Never really wear open toed shoes,

Always carry a knife & EDC gear

etc...

I have an underlying prompt to preparedness.

I never really thought about the clothed sleeping before, but now I see that it's just an extension of that preparedness nature.

The idea of having to spring to action at a moments notice, with my balls flopping around....is unbearable.

Been a nude sleeper since I was about ten lol. Really shocked my mom one day! Now I sleep with a very light blanket, but have two full length body pillows with micro fiber covers that are ever so comfortable. No matter how cold it gets I stand one up against me on the front and one on the back and just throw the thin blanket over me and I am comfortable year round. We have a California king size bed and a mountain of pillows for both of us and separate blankets so we don't keep each other awake as we both snore and toss and turn a lot. Love the Egyption cotton 1500 count sheets as well. I flipped out over the cost the first time she bought them, but as soon as I slept on them I was sold immediately. Now all we need is a new mattress and we would be set. We bought American made pillow top mattress last income tax time, and haven't slept good since. This mattress SUCKS! Can't wait to get a new Tempur Pedic again.

I am totally with you on the separate blankets, Coop. The bad disks in my neck make me toss and turn a lot, trying to find a comfortable position. Invariably I will steal the blanket from my wife if we are sharing.

I sleep in sleeping bags (two cheap 3#ers zipped together in the warm season -- those two, slipped inside two cheap 4#ers in the cold months).  I am hypothyroid so I have to sleep warm.

T-shirt and drawers, but I think about what it would take to get out of this mouse trap of a cabin when the big subduction quake starts with its P-wave vibrations.    I don't relish the idea of having to run down the stairs and out the door in my undies.

If I hear the door getting broken, I am okay to shoot the 12 gauge pump, standing there in my drawers.  That's if the sluicing that slide doesn't scare 'em off.

Good bye, good bye,

I'm going to leave you now and here's the reason why

I like to sleep with the window open but you keep the window closed

So good bye, good bye, good bye
