I have a fully colonized Golden Oyster (Pleurotus cintrinopileatus) jar. I have had no luck fruiting edibles    and I would like some advice as to what I should do next. Should I fruit this jar straight from the grain (wbs), use to inoculate bulk etc..

 

I also have a fully colonized coffee ground jar (not pictured) and am afraid to open as coffee grounds grow trich like hot cakes.

Here is a good easy edible tek. I have used it many times (or my girlfriend did, and I helped), lazlo's newspaper tek. Here is KCMO doing it with yellow oyster.
