i'm not about to disclose somebodies medical situation, but from what i've gathered it has involved some issues that would have prevented anybody from doing much of anything.

that being said TGS has had a history of bad service, long waits, etc..
and i'm not trying to cover that up

and honestly TGS would have been shit canned a long time ago
if it were not the sole source of income for the widow of this sites founder

shes has gotten her fair share of kicks since he passed
including a car accident

as far as why it took so long to stop taking orders
it was simply a matter of no communication
The person processing orders was not the same person filling them
as soon as zen found out how far behind things were, and the current issues keeping them from getting filled he pulled the plug
you don't know, until you know

i am in no way trying to censor legit concerns
i guess i just saw complaining as kind of a moot point at this point
TGS isn't taking orders, and probably won't be for the forseeable future

please follow directions for getting your refund
i thnk it causes a little less headache for zen then having to deal with the charge backs from the cc company

Fair enough, I'll not complain more about TGS. And again, the community here seems pretty epic and thank you for offering to right the wrongs expressed above. I'm sure I'll hang around, maybe post a grow log sometime soon.
 
Last thing I'll say, it isn't about spores at this point I just want a refund. I've actually got spores, just was more looking to expand my library.

Well join the party and the community and the library will come.

As an online shopper I totally get the anger I do. But thank you for understanding that things were out of our control and we're trying to remedy the orders. I just want to thank you for understanding!

I seriously appreciate that. If you need anything please shoot me a pm. Otherwise I again am very sorry you had such a shitty experience. It shouldn't of happened but thank you for being cool and understanding.

You created a profile on this site just for the sake of bitching about TGS? AND your bitching to and @ the people that have taken it upon themselves to help make it right. Sounds a lot like trolling to me.

If you have an outstanding order from TGS then let Zen know your order# and stand in line with the rest of the folks. The community as a whole is fixing this. If not, take your negative vibes and stick'em where the rest of us don't have to see them.

 
I know, telling others of poor experiences is such a bad way to prevent others from getting fucked over. If only someone had posted in November that the orders were no longer being fulfilled, then neither I nor Logical Mind would be here. Both of us placed our orders in JANUARY when the last order shipped was already 2 months stagnant. Thank you again to the community for attempting to rectify the situation, but don't tell us not to bitch about getting taken. Until we have either been refunded, fulfilled, or banned, I'll be right here tooting my horn. And if I get banned here, guess what, I'll go to other OMCs and post there about The Good Spore and the "patriotic" patrons from Mycotopia that banned a disgruntled customer for complaining about a legitimately bad experience with a vendor. Grow up.


I apologize Skril, I too am frustrated. I truly feel for the peeps that didn't receive what they ordered, and I agree three months is a ridicules wait time.

No one is saying that you don't have the right to be upset about this, I know it would upset me. But please remember Mrs H. is a friend and mentor to many of the people here, this is one of the reasons the community is willing to honor her commitments, she is one of us. Regardless of her shortcomings, she is loved here. If you had ordered from Joe Blow Spores, from Timbuktu, you wouldn't see so many people that are willing to make it right out of their own pocket. This is the community coming to her aid as much, if not more so, then her customer's.


Please just hang in there and it will get taken care of.

This is a great community/family, the people here are golden. Give them time to work, and they will make it right for you.

And also, skrillnet, my comment (and I think Jeds original comment about trolls) was directed at Logical Mind, who was rude about his inquiry, and stomping around like a child with a dirty diaper and a rash, and thus was shown towards the door. Most of his comments have been hidden from public view.

Thank you for the responses. As an update on my end of things, I don't think Zen_ has even read my PM, says unread in the PM system, and I sent it on Feb 3. Also, I haven't noticed a refund yet.

 

If you've PM'd him, then it will happen.

I have 3 months worth of orders to sort out and issues some kind of credit or refund to, or try to get some relief from the community. Thanks to all who are helping, shame to all who are complaining. This isn't supposed to be a complaint thread, although I do understand your concerns. As it's been stated already TGS has a history of long waits, yet years of loyal followers for good product. It's easy for people to complain about the shitty things, but not praise the good.

 

MrsH is out due to lots of IRL issues that I'm sure none of us would want for ourselves nor wish upon any enemy. It really sucks that the times she is able to get online it's only to let us know all the horrible things that are going on in her life right now, but it's her life, and we should be respectful of it and for the time she is able to give here. Reminding ourselves of another's struggles helps keep perspective on what really matters.

 

I'm sorry that you are in the position that you are in, but I'm more sorry that I cannot do more to help MrsH and the position that she is in. I'm giving my time to you instead, my time to help you with your order, get your account credited, or squared in some other satisfactory way. The community is giving their time to help, and their prints and other things.

 

It's easy to see the negative, but when you see a community rise up and help one another in a time of need it really puts all this complaining-that-serves-no-purpose in perspective. So take a chill pill and relax a little. Thank those that are helping. Pray for the health and safety of MrsH.

 

Now, if you have PM'd me or emailed about your missing orders I have your info. I have compiled a list and we'll be getting to you as timely as possible. It may be a day or three, or a week, but we'll do our best to make it right. If you want to complain about how long this is taking, fine, if you must. That's on me and the generous donations of others. If you want to complain about TGS then please post in the appropriate forum for vendor complaints.

Is there anything that members here can do to help beyond what is already happening?

I would like to do what I can to support Mrs H and her troubles, but I am not sure what I can do but send good vibes and love. I am totally down with helping the site make right TGS's responsibility, but Mrs H is first family here. I think she deserves some thought as well.

I can't personally do a lot, but I do know that every little bit helps.

Maybe I should start a new thread for this, as it is not really about helping rectify the unfulfilled orders? (though I am willing to help with that anyway I can as well)

Just checked my PM and email and my order has been handled. Thank you Zen and the rest of the individuals involved in helping out. Again, I feel justified in my complaint, but I don't wish anything bad on any person, and I certainly hope the issues MrsH is having resolve themselves in a positive way.

Reddit sporetraders has been good to me for prints and syringes in the past year.   Edible and magical prints are available.  There are traders & vendors that are helpful and knowledgeable.

Reddit sporetraders has been good to me for prints and syringes in the past year.   Edible and magical prints are available.  There are traders & vendors that are helpful and knowledgeable.

prints worth the effort or should i use g2g?
