The ones that didn't mind getting frozen could be Flammulina velutipes.

are Flammulina velutipes smaller mushroos cuz the ones I found there are a medium size mushroom about a 3inch cap if I remember right??

O is this the right mushroom and they are the store bought enoki ,ushrooms the white ones they are really good..... maybe I should look it up ;) and read a bit later ....
