DENVER — A Colorado credit union is hoping a federal judge will intervene to let the booming marijuana industry move its finances from cash-stuffed suitcases to the regulated banking system. They need to buy some fast food franchises in the inner city.  Ever wonder how there are so many and they are empty so much of the time?  Guess what.  This is one type of business that doesn't have to have transactions of over $10,000 reported.  It's how cocaine money gets from the street to the stock market.
