Fuck all of you.

I just dug out a (no, I'm not exaggerating) 12 year old film-can of sexy-mexi that I've had stashed for, well, 12 years...

And I'm smoking it in a soapstone bowl I carved maybe 10 years ago.

Either the legalization effort needs to hurry up PDQ, or I'm gonna need to make a road trip soon ... I'm too old for hookups, and to busy for grow your own ... sadly, I have probably a year's worth (well, for me) of this old shit stashed away ...

Maybe a vape thingy would make it more palatable?

:)

Nope, I'd just smoke it outa the bowl too probably.

Or you could fork over 400 bucks for an excellent

vape and stretch out that stash & get 2 years worth

outa that old stash.  Double the money up front but

savings along the way that yes do taste slightly better.

And provides for a longer lasting cleaner more satisfying

experience that bonus- doesnt make your breath smell so bad.

My condolences. Take that road trip!

Maintaining decent connections for decades takes a lot of compromises (I don't live in a med/legal state), so it's not about luck, at least in my case. Well, on second thought it's a little bit about luck since I do have to take calculated risks occasionally.

And oddly enough, I carved a soapstone pipe about ten years ago, too. You didn't happen to carve it in New Jersey, did you? I don't live in that State, but that's where I carved mine since it was part of a class I was taking in the Pine Barrens.

I use an eleaf 30 watt I'm looking into the 50 or some type of sub ohm device.

I also want to rebuild my coils.

Here's my girl I vape with an Aspire Nautilus Mini :)

Cannabis oil I use PG since its in everything it has to be safe. ;) anyone try straight VG? I have a feeling that would gunk up real quick without any PG. I'm always interested in alternatives though.

Here is how to build your own tabletop vaporizor with a left over mason jar from one of your pf teks...

http://tehvaporizer....orizer.html?m=1

One thing I would change on this if you are going to build it, use the soldering iron from harbor freight (its like 3 bucks). It has a flange base on the heating element that attaches with 3 screws. This is a much better way then using epoxy as the builder in this instructable used. Epoxy gives off some toxic chemicals... And we are trying to avoid that!

Here's a pic of the iSub G I went with glass because I just can't vape with plastic. I don't care how good it is I'm a glass only chick. So when the glass version of this tank came out I got it.

I have to say it's really good. Vaping at 30watts on my cool fire is just perfection.

Vaping Off the Record eJuice in L.A.M.F. I highly recommend anything from off the record as there juices are spot on. The flavor so are insane and well done. I believe the site is off the record.com. They are a fledgling company that I'm happy to support. Also vaping at 3mg's with a 0.5 resistance coil. This thing puts out some vapor even at 30 watts I'm impressed! The iSub has huge air holes and I love that because I always like a lot of air when I vape.:)

The blue band came with the tank it helps to stop it from breaking if you drop it. Which is so me because I'm really clumsy. ;) I love my purple drip tip too it's really nice as well. :P

As a steampunker I would be remiss if I weren't "kicking it old school" although I guess in the vape world anything more than a month old is "old school".

So here is my Ego style ce5, at least 3 years old. Finally found atomizer heads for it.

A friend gave me this as he didn't use it anymore. Got me some blueberry BlackBerry with 8mg nic. Hope to use it to fight food cravings as I'm working on losing about 20 lbs.

That's nice Dani. At first I thought that was Cuthulu on the side!

Here is my new stainless steel Kure vape pen with a nice clear tank. This thing claims it can do 20 watts , but I never take it above 3.7 volts because it tastes burned even with a new coil... Impressive for a pen anyway...

Start slow and try to vape in watts not volts. Wattage mode will help you avoid burning your coils. When you vape in voltage without doing ohms law you are using to high a setting to start vaping. Hence the burnt coil taste.

If you want to stick with volts start off at the lowest it goes and slowly go up till you find your sweet spot. I like 12 to 13 watts on an aspire nautilus mini. But when I use a new coil I prime it and let it sit in the juice for a few minutes before I vape. What coils are you using SS?

Finally I am getting my Tesla Two tomorrow I'll post pics ;)

To change from volts to watts I think you click those pens 3 times. It might be 5 I can't remember but those pen things got me off cigs. So they have a good place in my heart!

It only has a volt setting, however it a simple calculation:

E = IR, so 3.7 = I x 2.5ohms or current (I) is 1.48 amps.

The power equation is P = EI or 3.7 x 1.48 Or approximately 5.5 watts.

The coils in these things are so tiny and use such thin wire that much more current (and more voltage across the coil means more current through it) through them and they get too hot and actually burn the eliquid because the wick can't pull it in fast enough.

That's why those huge tanks with big thick coils are so effective for the massive clouds without burning, and why you have to use drippers when you get real big power going through.

It's current that is really the controlling factor, power or watts is the total energy dissipated.

But for me, I just want the nic so I'm never hungry, and therefore have a much easier time losing weight, and I can report its working quite well! The pen works great for that...
