I have all these little dots on my arms recently, like raised red bumps that appear to be histamine reaction.  I read somewhere that PG breaks down into Histamine and can react with high histamine containing foods to give skin rash.

I am going to sopt vaping for a few days and lower all histamine containing foods.  If that does the trick, I may decide to go full VG, as I am currently using 50/50 now.

Anyone else have similar reactions?

I don't have that type of reaction but PG gives me an instant headache. Stop vaping for a few days and see if it improves.

Max VG is all I use. The headaches are not as intense but are still there :/

Have you tried vegetable glycerin (VG)? It's another option. The place near me that makes juice to order (so cool!) in front of you uses a mix of VG and PG, but you can make any request you wish.

I don't have any issues with their juice, but we're all different.

Have you been able to rule out any other possible allergens that are causing the bumps? If it just started and you've been vaping at a similar rate for a while it may or may not be vaping that's to blame.

Well after not vaping for 2 full weeks I still have the bumps, which turned out to be an eczema rash reaction to the oils in a hemlock tree that had died of hemlock blight on my property that I cut down. Now getting steroids and antihistamines to combat.
