Thanks for likeing my garden guys :) .....I was a dum ass I got a sunny day finally and got into my over grown carrot patch at my budddys weeded and thinned them out ;) .....got sprouts for stir fry tommrow :)
.....the carrots are yummy I thinned out what needed to make room for others to get bigger some times I left the little ones and sometimes I pulled the bigger ones since they are baby carrot / sprout size I can eat some now while the tiny ones get more room to grow ....anyway .....weeded and took my hand hoe and pulled the tops up and worked the dirt in up and in the carrotsto help them stand better again ;) ....its easier to thin them like your combing hair out which can flaten a good row (they will perk up) but when working in a garden that is somone elses sometimes you want it to look pretty (not like I just fd up the garden ;) lol .....and I gave a quick water it was sun / cloud so I didnt burn the plants

all that and I forgot to take pictures f.... I left it at 2 rows of carrots....my buddy wasnt home and I forgot something to drink and was feeling a litlle sun fucked so I was gonna head home and another buddy stopped in ...."so and so isnt home I was just playing in the garden" ......"oh thats ok" and he commented that the garden is doing really well "do you do all the work...and he pretends to" lol ....I answered "he does the work I cant do and I do the stuff he cant do" .....like the tiller he does that and raking with the large rake this stuff dosnt really bug buddys back and this bending stuff I do cuz he cant get down and back up outa there like I can ;) I like sharing garden work ......I will get pictures ......and post some more older pictures to catch up.....before I get really behind ;)

Here is my Tomato tree that is soposed to live like 13 years if I was living where Skye lives ;)  I don't think I'm gonna bring it in I do not really have the room for a tree like that at the moment....

gallery_121976_1524_10364.jpg

You can see the squash in the back and some cucumbers or melons out front

gallery_121976_1524_91815.jpg

The tomato tree is looking healthy anyway :) It might do something by the end of the summer??

gallery_121976_1524_3838.jpg

here is the first round of peas :) I shared so we could all compare the snow peas and the Alaska peas

snow peas were nice and sweet edible pod

the Alaska peas were not sweet but thats ok and the pods have that fiber on the pod making it hard to eat but I like eating the peas inside and I really liked them they are my fav veggies and now I know I can plant them really early too Im really happy

gallery_121976_1524_4045.jpg

I finally planted one tomato the better boy need to get the other one planted ....ones I dug up from buddys garden since I planted every tomato I grew since march or so in my budys garden and hes moving in a week I need to look up what rights we have to the veggie garden .......before when he moved we had the right to pick it even if the house sold when the landlord took the house back to sell

gallery_121976_1524_15820.jpg

there was room in this garden some carrots and beets didnt come up so there was room for 2 tomatoes and a few cucumbers

gallery_121976_1524_90708.jpg

Here is some pictures of the bonys best the big ones I couldnt dig up I will harvest in the middle of the night if I have to too much time and money goes into a garden ....the comintment to grow something all year to get a harvest of veggies for the winter is a big deal ;)

gallery_121976_1524_21716.jpg

there not as ready as Arathu's but they are comming :) some nice plants in these parts :)

gallery_121976_1524_4364.jpg

had to take this picture upside down to get the tomatoes either that or climb around on the ground :)  the tomatoes not seeing the sin will ripen especially if the plant has yellow leaves this I believe starts the gas process of ripening with all this rain they should be bigger now :)

gallery_121976_1524_87072.jpg

this is a better boy I wanted to try I bought the plant 4 of them see if they are better then bonnys best :) I may keep some seeds and call them good girls :)

gallery_121976_1524_103102.jpg

and carrots

gallery_121976_1524_7174.jpg

and for some beauty

gallery_121976_1524_18040.jpg

gallery_121976_1524_10819.jpg

:) I like the pink single :)

this should have been blooming for Canada day :)

gallery_121976_1524_83800.jpg

you can see how tall the wild dagga is I havent cought a humming bird on it yet

gallery_121976_1524_59024.jpg

I placed my frames for the cold frame beside my melons and cucumbers so they can climb and find more room to spread out I think it may help prevent mold having more air circulating around the plants??

gallery_121976_1524_55157.jpg

I left space so I could get around the plants nicely :)

Here is the wild garlic I have growing the bulbs and the bulbs sprouting too this is why its all green coming out

gallery_121976_1524_146501.jpg

Its nice that they pop out as little plants instead of seeds, usually they just have bulbs but maybe lots of nitrogen they come out as plants having the bulb grow even if its too tiny ;)

gallery_121976_1524_204938.jpg

see how its not just one garlic ....well a bulb was put in whole ...like the whole top with several bulbs ....we wait and see how they turn out :)

Here us my rock garden waterfall

its funny havent seen as many mushrooms this year ...???? but still awaiting on the late summer ones
I do not have any fungal problems yet but I have many squash plants so I decided to give them air flow with my cold frame wires :) I decided to add a bit of heat by placing black faux leather pad under the wire and the squish, melons and cucumbers can climb on that or on the herbal hedge which it is already doing to get more air and sun :) leaving garden spacefor the celery which likes it cooler under the squish leaves and so do the brussel sprouts :)
everything is starting to climb well and they all have flowers male and female ones so now I can tell which plants are which ....the zuchinni are kinda small being squshed in there maybe they will have room when everthing else is climbing outa the garden .....the black matt will work by killing the grass under it making it easier to make the garden bigger next year ;) hahahaha there is a meaning in the maddness .....only to find out the meaning that you cannot have any cucumbers ;) ....maybe hanging baskets next year ??

I have some carrots in the veggie garden from last year they are in full flower and huge about 5 feet tall with tons of umbrella flowers those hover bees or are they fly's?? anyway I know they are good at pollinating and they were working hard when I got home at noon yesterday :) The carrot flowers are next to the poppies so the bees were on the poppies too :) I managed to catch one on my fav red poppy :)
