Not much new , if anything!  However, the fact that they are talking at all is, perhaps, the most significant as they have been extremely tight-lipped about the investigation,

Perhaps trying to flush somebody out.

Be careful who you hang out with and what you get involved in.  imagine there is much more to this story than has been released.

Just posting an update because, well, there was an update to the story!  Looks like it may be tied to a custody dispute or something similar.

Keep an eye out for the perps, Juthro!

Not the friendliest looking family I've ever seen. I'll keep a look out for'em :chucks:

Lots of folks come here to try and disappear, and it works for some.  Hell, it works so well for some folks, that no one ever sees them again....

Thanks for heads up Tenderfoot :)

Juthro, ain't that the truth..
I've got family in Alaska
You can spot those folks that are getting away from it all
Only problem, they bring "it" all with them..

A lot of missing children cases are taken by the othe parent in
custody situations.

Years ago when my son was about six, he had a little friend who was murdured
along with his little sister.
Dad knew mom was having an affair, shot both kids for mom to see, then shot mom
then turned the gun on himself. It still makes me feel sick thinking about it all these years " 23" later.

I live in a small community and it had a deep impact

I hope they find these folks if they are responsible for the murders

Perhaps related!  Peeps getting nervous?  Heard "hotshots" could include battery acid mixed with H or other sadistic mixtures. Dead within five minutes, caveat emptor!

Sounds like some scary thugs in S. Ohio
Those murders sound like it was all very
methodical. Multiple homes, multiple people
Now this laced H. Who knows how many people
are gonna o.d. because these muderers need to make they're
point.

I agree Hash!an
Where's the love?

I guess you can't hide from everything, even here in AK your past will catch up with you.  They arrested the whole family here this last week.

Investigators say they think this was all over custody rights.  I mean think about that, these folks are/were willing to kill entire families because they think they are more fit and stable to raise the children in question.   Their own evil will consume them.

http://www.radiokena...d-on-the-kenai/

Investigators in Ohio have arrested four former Ohio residents as part of the investigation in the unsolved slaying of eight family members in 2016.

The four were named as George “Billy” Wagner III; Angela Wagner; and their sons George Wagner IV and Edward “Jake” Wagner.

Last year, the family moved to the Central Kenai Peninsula and purchased trailers on a private property.

A message was left with a lawyer who has been representing the Wagners in the investigation. An attorney has said previously the family cooperated with investigators.

The arrests are the culmination of a massive investigative effort since seven adults and a 16-year-old boy were found dead in 2016 at four homes near Piketon.

Yes, it's a worry even though I can basically count the people who know on one hand and they are longtime friends but talking too much is never good. I'm hoping that everyone can grow their own (similar type area, long time growers around as well as new) and cut down on the sensless....everything that seems to be happening these days. I'm struggling everyday with not liking people and wanting to hope for the best out of people. Not exclusive really but hard to manage.
