So far i have a pretty sweet clone going, cloned to agar and this is the second time i have grown this clone out. I took a break from growing after a pretty bad break up and now im just restarting from a single plate.... im going to do my morning cleaning then ill take pics of what i got and how i got there.

I know there is way to much grain in these jars XD as it is so hard to shake them but they are working so i see it as a success

So this jar was inoculated forever ago(date unknown but probly around dec1) ive let it go for awhile because a few grains refuse to colonize and i attribute this to "Bacteria"..... ima spawn this lil bugaboo anyhow!!!!

This jar was inoculated at an unknown date as well and she is looking mighty "grabby grabby" so ill let her go for a few more days and then give her something real to grab

Looks like you could knoc dozens of jars of grain with just that one liquid culture... Nice job on your first attempt at LC....... May the gypsies be detoured away from your golden brew......

WOW. Just wow. Nice looking raw material. Cannot wait to see the fruits! Your mycelium is just a knockout!!! I really need to attempt cloning once or twice. I have always been of the opinion that multi-spore will give a more stable and adaptable offspring and for my purposes, that should be what works. You are making me think.....I need to do a little surgery on some of the lunkers that my trays throw and make stew. Good Luck with this grow.

There is definatly a reward from cloning and isolating on agar, i have been takeing spore prints from large clusters in my ms grows and growing from those prints in a rinse and repeat fashion as well to try and get a solid print.

Definatly give agar a go as it is the most rewarding thing i have ever done when it comes to this hobby

Im really happy with how far ive come in this hobby, i started in august 2015 with pf-tek and now i am confident with my bulk skills and as much as i miss cakes(they remind me of bonsai) i dont miss all the maintainance that goes along with cakes
