watch this TED TALK

plasma activated water is presented as a miracle worker for both helping plants grow considerably faster and the activated water allegedly puts down "bad" microbes(that will need to be debated)

this could apply to any growing thing so I'll plug it into the cactus forum because that's my thing :)

my question is: how complicated is it for a home grower to make plasma activated water? and would it be cost prohibitive to do so?

or if it is pricey could someone make a buck producing the activated water by selling it to nearby cactus/other growers

GORF, this has your name all over it.

I found this cool application:

I wonder about desalinization and other uses - possibly fossil fuel replacement applications.
