No Bad Advice - The internet makes it difficult to know what's right and what's rhetoric - if you give advice please back it up with some evidence or state it as an opinion or factually incomplete.
The Bottom Line
We are the stewards of Mycotopia, a community forged through the grit of one mans dreams. Play nice, play fair, and respect the fact that not everyone comes from your background, not everyone thinks like you do, not everyone feels like you do, and not everyone will agree with you. If you're in doubt please ask a mod or admin, if you see something that should be reported; report it.
All that we ask is that you play nice and help progress the community forward.

Infractions
We have created a list of infractions that correspond to the items detailed on this page. Each infraction comes with any number of points, which are cumulative, and which remain for 90-days. After that time the points will expire and be automatically removed from your account.
Should your level of points exceed the specified thresholds the system will take action to protect itself and the community. The upper bounds of these thresholds is cause for a permanent ban from the community - this is irreversible and does not expire.

Religious beliefs or conflicts is a sure fire way to get people pitting against each other. Please respect others and their beliefs just as they should respect you and yours.

Our policy here on personal info is don't ask, don't tell. I'm sure if you stop to think about it for a second you'll understand why it's not a good idea for folks to get specific about themselves, especially if where they live is a place where our hobby is illegal. That compromises all of us because then we know that the law is being broken.
We assume everyone is legal and we prefer not to know otherwise. So - don't ask, don't tell.
This also applies to other personal info such as your age, real name, school you went to, etc.

There shall be no posting of torrent links and or links to various torrent reactors. Due to the possibility of issues of copyright infringement and or piracy we can not allow any torrents or links to torrents or their reactors.

Research Chemical (RC's)
This has been a forbidden topic for some time now, too much heat on these things due to the grey area of regulation, thus Federal law enforcement entities don't hesitate to jump on websites hosting rc-related info.
We don't want to be one of those sites.
And besides that, its an issue of principle, we're about the natural things here, growing our own herb, growing our own shrooms, growing our own toad toxins, growing our own poppy pods, etc. The furthest we're willing to take things is simple extraction from a natural source.

Buying, Selling and Trading is allowed only in the specific forum "VIP Market Place" which is only accessible to VIP Members. This rule is in place to protect our members and to avoid the clutter across the boards. It takes time to establish trust amongst the community, VIP membership shows that a person cares and is willing to go through the steps to build reputation and support the community. Establish trust and let others get know you before soliciting trades. Do Not join and solicit anything during your probationary period.

5x Points -- Posting privleges are suspended for 48-hours
10x Points -- 10-day Site Suspension, all privileges suspended
