That copy posted at maps has a page numbering problem in the Soma Article where it stars at page 174 and the at page 185, the next page is numbered as 179, up to the end of the article. while there is a repeat of the page numbering, the text and photos for the pages with duplicate numbers are all correct in the text and photos.
So for all who downloaded it, I will post when the corrected copy which also has a different page index in the table of contents is posted and leave the new URL in this thread.
