So here I am perllexed again, and sorry no photos immediately- I realize that would make this easier.
I took an old lc of lion's mane to agar a little more than a month ago , and have been working with it since- I'm now on transfer number 8 I believe-
What I've seen, is after a week or so, after the lion's mane has already colonized the full plate , some type of dark green contamination slowly spreads out from the very center of the agar wedge, rapidly spreading to the whole plate.
What I'm confused about is how this has continued to transfer, as ive been taking wedges' from the leading edge of growth before there are any visible signs of contamination .... It's quite strange- shitty phone photos to come here tommorow.

Lion's mane... Contam transfers on agar? Sneaky dark green mold?
