I have not done a grow thread this year, but things are getting pretty close to ready over here. I had one seed each left from my grow last year, so I could not waste them, right?

Cream and Cheese, and some Blueberry. Just the two plants this year. They are sticky and sweet, just waiting for that amber to start getting close...

Thank you so much, the White Widow has that floral spiciness that I just can't get enough of and brings me back to the early 2000's when a buddy of mine had a brother growing the Widow in Tahoe.  I dig on strains that bring back memory Lane.

MushLuvR I don't smoke much anymore, but I keep a jar of Wedding Cake nugs here by my bed that has been here for a year, because when I DO smoke a toke or two, that is exactly what I wanna smoke. As a matter of fact you have two of my life time favorites right there, OG Kush and Wedding Cake. Both give me zero anxiety and leave me smiling for hours. 

 

Very well done to the both of you! I used to have tons of beautiful bud pics and grows documented on here, but they seem to have been lost in the migration at some point. That really hurt my soul, because a few years after I stopped growing after growing pot for the majority of my life, I went to look for them and they were gone everywhere I had them up on line.

The timing on my Blueberry is good because it is all milky now with a small touch of amber, so by the time I finish flushing, they should be ready to harvest. Just last week the final jar of last years Blueberry came to the bottom....

 

Because I make pain cream with the Cream and Cheese, I don't go through it as fast, so I will be overstocked this year, which isn't a bad thing.......

@Coopdog, I usually always have a Kush variety going (OGK and GDP have a special spot in my heart For Life), and the OG (Reserva) never disappoints.  A buddy of mine was ranting and raving about Wedding Cake (high THC content and the flavor is WoW), I like to mix new school strains with Old School and I gave her a shot.  GLAD I did, I just gave a buddy of mine (yesterday) for his birthday a 5.5g nug, I told him, I don't have a birthday cake for Ya, but this Wedding Cake is something special.

This is my first-ever outdoor grow. From watching other outdoor grows in my area I knew of some specific predators who are crop destroyers so I decided to keep the plants under a mosquito net intended for camping.

The occasional bug or grasshopper has managed to molest the plants (just a bit) but overall, the health of the plants has not been effected.

 

Thanks Skywatcher for starting this thread. I've always admired your garden over the years and have looked on with a sense of "wishing I could do that too". Now that laws here are relaxed folks are able to have a few plants. ;)

 

The plants in the photo are Afghani #1 and Tropical Punch.

Afghani smells of pine resin and lighter aromas similar to cilantro and parsley. She is a seed from stressed parentage but seems to be progressing nicely.

Tropical Punch smells of deep, dank, basement overlaid with light diesel fuel. She is the frosty one with the red calyx expression.

 

Sorry for the sideways photos. I forget about my camera's native orientation and I'm too lazy to rotate the image and re-upload..........LOL

Now is my favorite time of year with outdoor grows, when the frosting gets thick and it's just a countdown until the amber hits

20-30%. My loupe has been working overtime lately. Its close.

Wow, I had re-uploaded a dozen or so of my old pot shots, and they are not in my gallery again. (A couple years back.) I'll fire up my old comp and see if I can upload some into the weed forum just so I have some in my gallery anyhow lol. 

 

There is a guy in town within 300 yards of the police station that has some flat out amazing looking plants growing right out in the open. I commented about them last year. He's got another beautiful crop going this fall, and they are going to be just huge. Filling in very nicely now with the beautiful weather we have been having lol. I wish I could get a couple shots of them!

I woulda liked to leave mine for a bit longer but we got hit by several days of heavy frost so I pulled them and hung out to dry.

A few pics of a plant I grew many cycles ago under some cheapo Mars Hydro (Purple Light) 400's (2) in a 2x4

The strain is (or was) from BCBD Ultimate Purple... I was cycling through some jpegs, and it stuck out.  Keep Em' Green

I really enjoy the above posted picture that shows the male flower popping up from the stress it receives at the end of the cycle.  I basically just dial back the water only (let the plant dry out at the end of the cycle, not a good idea during full on bud production), nothing special.  I basically do the same thing I do during Veg, let the soil dry out until the leaves show a slight droop (or the pot is SUPER light in weight), perfect time for a feeding or plain watering, whichever stage you are In.  In my experience, in full bloom, you want to let them dry out a bit, BUT nothing like I do in VEG or at the end of the Road.  I've seen the male flowers here and there over the years, this is right before wash and chop, so it didn't matter (TOO Late).  Mush Luv to BCBD, I've ran quite a few from them and NO ill feelings with any that I have experienced.  Anyway, I topped (4 nodes) the Banana Bomb 2 days ago, and the rest the very next morning (about 10 hrs later).  All the Best... On schedule, I top them anywhere from day 21 to 24.  These were Day 22/23.

Do you know the CBD content? I discovered the Cream and Cheese last year that has a CBD/THC content of 20/20, which was the highest CBD content I had found before. A year of use and the pain relieving quality's have proven to be excellent.

Thanks, it's been a brutal grow season but she made it through.... This is a pure hemp plant with up to 25% CBD and less than .4 THC. I took some early cuts when branches broke or had some bud rot... So far its nice and mellow, pretty much zero head or body buzz. It just chills you out and relaxes your muscles and it smells delicious.... Cannot stress this enough.... It smells AMAZING DELICIOUS
It's got a sweet fruity champagne smell.... I've never smelt anything like this before
